2. Our Role and Your Role
MoxFlow is primarily a business software provider.
When a wrap shop, business, or organization uses MoxFlow to manage its own leads, quotes, contacts, customer submissions, customer notes, builds, or embedded visualizer activity, that shop or organization is generally responsible for its relationship with its own customers.
In that situation:
- The shop decides what customer information it collects.
- The shop decides how it uses customer leads and quote requests.
- The shop is responsible for its own customer notices, consent, communications, and legal obligations.
- MoxFlow processes that information to provide the platform.
If you are a customer submitting a build, lead, quote request, or contact information through a MoxFlow-powered embed on a shop’s website, that shop may also collect and use your information under its own privacy practices.

Backups, logs, and archived records may take longer to delete from all systems.

If your information was submitted to a wrap shop or business using a MoxFlow-powered embed, we may direct you to that shop because they control their own customer relationship and may be responsible for responding to your request.
13. Marketing Communications
We may send marketing, product education, onboarding, launch, feature, or promotional emails where permitted.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link where available or by contacting us.
Even if you unsubscribe from marketing, we may still send non-marketing messages such as account, billing, security, subscription, legal, or service-related notices.
14. Children’s Privacy
MoxFlow is intended for business and professional use. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

15. Customer Data Submitted Through Shops
If you submit information through a MoxFlow-powered embed on a shop’s website, your information may be collected by both MoxFlow and the shop using the embed.
The shop may use your information to:
- Review your build.
- Contact you about a quote.
- Provide services.
- Follow up on your request.
- Manage customer communication.
The shop is responsible for how it handles its own customers, quotes, communications, and privacy obligations. You should review that shop’s privacy policy or contact the shop directly for questions about how they use your information.
16. User Content, Uploaded Assets, and Visual Data
You are responsible for any logos, graphics, images, text, customer data, brand assets, or other content you upload or submit to MoxFlow.
We use uploaded and submitted content to provide the service, including displaying assets in the visualizer, saving builds, generating previews, supporting quotes, and helping with account support.
We may remove or restrict content if we believe it violates our Terms of Use, infringes rights, creates security risk, or creates legal or provider risk.
17. California Privacy Notice
If the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies to your information and to MoxFlow, California residents may have certain rights, including the right to know, access, delete, correct, and opt out of certain sale or sharing of personal information.

If your organization uses MoxFlow to process customer leads, quotes, contact records, or other customer information, you agree that:
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit that information to MoxFlow. You are responsible for your own privacy policy and customer notices. You are responsible for responding to your customers’ privacy requests where required. MoxFlow processes that information to provide the service to your organization. You will not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and lawful for your business use.

20. Sensitive Information
MoxFlow is not designed to collect highly sensitive personal information unless clearly required for a specific business workflow.
You should not submit sensitive information such as government identification numbers, financial account numbers, health information, biometric information, passwords, or other highly sensitive personal data through MoxFlow unless we specifically provide a secure and appropriate method for doing so.
21. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as MoxFlow changes, laws change, providers change, or our business practices evolve.
When we update the policy, we will update the “Last Updated” date. For significant changes, we may provide additional notice through the website, dashboard, email, or other reasonable methods.
